I tried to get a quote for home insurance. They are too busy to respond in a timely manner. Too under-staffed to tell me they are too busy? Very disappointed in VanCity CU after more than 25 years as a client.
Jacob from Squamish Insurance was able to get me my return of monies spent on a policy I had kept paying on unknowingly that I thought was cancelled. He had my best interest in mind and I would highly recommend his very friendly services for your insurance protection!
