I visited Vancity today, and I was disappointed by the service I received. The teller, Beatrice, displayed unprofessional behaviour throughout the interaction. Even though I provided my Vancity bank card and my valid BC driver’s licence—both acceptable forms of identification—she refused to assist me and insisted on additional ICBC documentation. This was unnecessary, especially since I have previously completed similar transactions at this branch and other Vancity locations without any issue using the same identification. H... read more
On google map says they are open till 6pm But got here before 6 pm and they were closed
ATM cash withdrawal feature is always out, deposits are fine but the feature of withdrawing cash is always down
A wonderful staff provides quick services to customers with all friendliness and respect. I wish them a happy new year
