I’m a coastal community credit union member and used this vancity atm to deposit 1500$ that was my rent money assuming it would not be held like any other bank I have ever used and they put a hold on a cash deposit treating it as if it was a cheque. Customer service pretty much told me to beat it verrry frustrating wouldn’t recommend any credit union ever

What time does this "24hr" atm actually open and close now. Please revise your atm hours

Ate my card +I came Vancouver for travel, and my card was from my countries bank. If an outdoor ATM takes your card, it can be very hard to get it back, so if you’re a traveler, make sure to use ATMs that are located inside a bank branch. I also talk with customer service, but they only talk about renew

ATM is no longer 24 hours. Signage now indicates the ATM opens at 6:30am. I wasted my time waiting for it to be unlocked. Of course nobody came to unlock the door. Thanks for wasting my time!
