i had a problem with my online banking and called vancity 3 days in a row and was on hold for over 2 hours each day, i went into the suterbrook vancity and was rudely served by joanne. she kept throwing my card on the desk back to me and was speaking with such a rude tone. couldn’t hand me my card back once just kept chucking it on the table having it slide back to me. told her i needed a new online banking password and she asked for two pieces of ID, which you should not need for online banking. i showed her one piece she r... read more

Vancity repeatedly outperforms--in experience, treatment, dignity-- the other banks. Their mortgage rates are better than the competition. I would go as far as saying this credit union makes metroVancouver livable.
