Hugo and the team here were fantastic. Great friendly and efficient service!
Every time I've tried to use the services of this branch, there's always a problem. Last Friday night I tried to use the ATM... It promptly ate my card, I was unable to get cash. No explanation no nothing. The online support was useless as is there overall service and service offerings. This is an antiquated institution with poor offerings and systems.
The same teller gives me a hard time every single time I go in there. I always seem to end up with her and she always makes my life difficult. I know I'm poor, I know I'm ugly and I know I don't fit into the the people that you want to come to your bank. It doesn't mean that I need to be scrutinized so intensely every single time I come. Honestly I'm not going to go to this Branch anymore, you win I give up.
What I really like about Vancity is their personal approach — they truly make you feel like more than just a customer, almost like a close friend. The staff are always very friendly, and the branches are cozy, modern, and welcoming, which makes every visit a pleasant experience
