Walked In (as a non-Vancity customer) to submit a grant application last Thursday. The teller and their supervisor (in the most iconic duster/cardigan) were really friendly and thoughtful. Not only that, there was no wait, and everyone there was in a seemingly great mood. This vibe (no pretentions corporate feelings) on it's own makes me reconsider my banking options (to Vancity). Thank you for the wonderful start to my day!
Forcing customers to pay for closing accounts and the ellgovi (the bank official) is arrogant and tries to cheat. He didn’t even have me membership fees as well and when asked he says account is closed can’t do anything!! I mean, the amount is small but still such arrogance and cheat behaviour isn’t tolerated
