Theres a senior teller named nicole Nikki toews who has anger management mental health issues. She was at "back cash" desk, and another teller handed her a bag of change gently so as to not make noise dropping it down the shoot, Nikki toews took the bag and slammed it down the shoot alarming the entire branch. I have heard other stories about her anger too.

Walked In (as a non-Vancity customer) to submit a grant application last Thursday. The teller and their supervisor (in the most iconic duster/cardigan) were really friendly and thoughtful. Not only that, there was no wait, and everyone there was in a seemingly great mood. This vibe (no pretentions corporate feelings) on it's own makes me reconsider my banking options (to Vancity). Thank you for the wonderful start to my day!
