I've been here twice in 1 week, a Wed and a Sat and both days, Van City had only 2 tellers plus 1 for business teller. Line up both days were more than 5 people and wait time is 25 minutes before noon.
Your working hours here says you are open Mondays. I stayed home and didn't go to work for that matter and when I got there you were closed. Very irresponsible.
Only 1 teller servicing customers at 1230pm on a Wednesday with 7 people in line. Is everyone taking their lunch breaks at the same time?

Great experience with Abir. She was so knowledgeable and explained things I didn’t know. So professional and friendly at the same time. By far the best service I’ve received at Vancity.
