I had a worse experience ever in this beach today.There was only one bank teller helping all those people (photo attached below) and 2 other people helping only 2 people for business lines.All banks have only one line for business.However,they ignored all the clients and helped businesses because they bring more money.I took my 75 years old mom and we hand to stand up and wait for 30 minutes.This is very disrespectful and unprofessional.likely,I took all my mortgages,business and bills to somewhere else 10 year ago.Do not us... read more
One of the slowest banks I've ever been to. Usually only 2 tellers and wait times are unreasonable. Been here about 10 times and its always like this. Gave an extra star cause they are mostly friendly. Mgmt needs to get on top of the cue though.
They were quite good. Better hours than some other branches
