I recently had a very disappointing experience at Vancity. While the teller provided me with information, it turned out to be incorrect. When I brought this to the attention of the branch manager, I was told that this would be treated as a "great coaching opportunity" for the teller. While I appreciate the importance of staff training and development, the focus should have also been on rectifying the mistake and resolving the issue I faced. I had the chance to meet virtually with Harjeet Bindra. She was exceptionally welcoming and made the entire process smooth and straightforward.
The staff at this branch especially Krystal, Carol and Randi are awesome! They making banking so easy and pleasant it feels almost fake but it's real. Vancity rocks!
