Terrible wait times at PoCo Branch. Regular customers are second class to business customers!!!
Worst on hold system of all banks. Force you to listen to the same automated message about a new debit card. Makes you go through so many steps to get call back. This needs to be fixed. You need to allow people to skip the automated message, I will keep leaving bad reviews until this is fixed. Ive complained multiple times.

I just came back from visiting Vancity, where I had an unpleasant encounter with the manager. I asked him if he could put his check cashing policy in writing, as there was some inconsistency with their policies regarding cashing checks. I just wanted confirmation in writing, as they sometimes cash checks, and sometimes not. Not only did he not offer this policy in writing, he also said he doesn't have to.
