I just came back from visiting Vancity, where I had an unpleasant encounter with the manager. I asked him if he could put his check cashing policy in writing, as there was some inconsistency with their policies regarding cashing checks. I just wanted confirmation in writing, as they sometimes cash checks, and sometimes not. Not only did he not offer this policy in writing, he also said he doesn't have to. It's always a pleasure to visit this branch! The staff are friendly, empathetic and efficient with their service and I have always had a good experience at this branch.
I needed to leave this review just for their website stating they are open and when i drive down there they are closed. The staff is great,,except for that one person running the website.
Favorite Bank Location. Staff is friendly and helpful. Melissa was outstanding. Very friendly, helpful & Patient. Was able to get all my banking needs done. Thank you Vancity
