I call to have my car towed but the person on the other line has a terrible attitude and hung up in my face when I miss heard him on the price once. He said “it going to be $275 plus tax” I said “ok” then I thought he said something else on the phone about a price and I miss heard him and I said “$375 or $275. He paused and hung up in my face. I simply called to mention to the owner about an incident that happened in my area to his employee, and to see if he could deliver the message to his employee or to get her to call me so i could explain, and he was rather rude and progressive and acted like he didn't care to be on the phone that long and wouldn't let me finish explaining the whole story to deliver to his employee! Wouldn't recommend.
