I dropped my car off at Vance's after an accident and they put it up on the hoist assessed the damage and explained the damages to me and recommended I deal with things through insurance and didn't charge me. An honest mechanic is hard to find and these guys are it.

The most honest and trustworthy mechanic I’ve been to. I brought over my crusty car knowing I’ll probably get a laundry list of have-to repairs that I got elsewhere. They were so honest and clear on what’s worth repairing and what isn’t and why. I can’t recommend them enough. Best mechanic shop in Ottawa.
