Great service and nice to see it's a family business. I will definitely be going there for other maintenance services
I was travelling with my daughters and we heard a rattling near the tire. We showed up and the mechanic looked at it right away and fixed the problem within 5 minutes. It was a minor issue. We felt lucky that we found this mechanic and grateful for the service. I wish we lived closer so they could be our go to mechanic. Thank you!
Excellent service. We had an unfortunate bout of truck trouble. The truck had to be towed to the service center. We called ahead, and they made room for us in the schedule. Cory made sure to order the necessary parts in advance and even over-nighted a part from Toronto. He was easy to talk to, clearly communicated the necessary repairs and asked if we’d like an oil change while the truck was on the lift (which we did!) Thank you for the help and accommodation, really happy to have our car trouble in your neck of the woods
I have used Vance's Service centre since moving to Carp in 2017. I rcommend them 100% for their excellent service, their speed and pleasant customer relations.
