Vance Auto Body originally told me the total owed was $150. When I went to pay by card, they suddenly tried to raise the price to $220, claiming they “only take cash.” A $70 increase just for using a card is unethical and illegal in Massachusetts. When I refused to pay the inflated amount and insisted on paying the original $150, the staff became rude and confrontational. Spoke with a rude woman on the phone that started screaming at me because I returned a call that Vance reached out to us about. Wouldn't recommend going here because you probably would get treated the same!
Seemed more interested in singing than performing his job.
Vance towed my truck after an accident local to his shop. I decided to have him do the work as it was easier than moving my vehicle to another shop. They did a spotless job and scrambled a bit after insurance company delays to get me my truck back on christmas eve. Greatly appreciated and respected.
