Brought my daughter’s phone in for a very broken screen on iPhone 14Pro. He first quoted $140. Then called and told me it needs a higher quality screen so it will be $250. I went ahead anyhow. Figured it would still be less expensive than Apple’s $480. We got it back. Worked fine. Screen is definitely a lower quality. The color had a low bluish tint to it and it was much darker than original. Great service and quite reasonable pricing compared to other stores. They repairs my iPhone 15 mother board issue, I am glad to have my data back. Highly recommend.
Mohan was a pleasure to deal with. Even though my phone was not repairable due to a major issue, he was communicating with me every step of the way and was very honest about pricing and did not charge me for the phone not being able to be repaired. He spent a ton of time on the phone and in the end, sometimes things don't work out. But he made it right by not charging for a phone that wasn't repaired. I highly recommend anybody who needs their phone fixed to go to Mohan.
Mohan was very nice, courteous and ensured that my Pixel 6 screen was replaced with the OEM one by showing me the unopened packaging. Gave me peace of mind. Service was excellent, quick and very reasonably priced. Would highly recommend Vancell to anyone needing a fix!
