Had an emergency stop as a bad bump in the road caused the inner lining of the right wheel-well to break loose. We stopped at Vance Tire and they got us back on the road right away! Great customer service and really friendly.
Just bought tires from here, took them maybe 30 minutes, they were quick officiant and very friendly, I’ll definitely be back for any other things I need done!
They deserve 5 stars for honesty and quality of work. The only area that needs improvement is reception. I was told my car would be ready in 2 and a half hours. 5 hours later right before closing I called and was told the car would not be ready until the following day. I understand completely that times can change. What I don't understand is not being told the car was spending the night.
