Outstanding! Vance did a great job with my recent property purchase. His communication during the process impeccable.
We worked with Vance to buy a house recently. Vance was very friendly and professional, and worked hard to schedule showings quickly despite having to work around both our busy schedules. Vance went above and beyond, though, and helped us work out an issue with the title company several months AFTER the sale, even though he didn't have to, and there was no fee to collect. I would happily work with Vance again in the future.
