I had a consultation scheduled today. Vance P***** emailed to confirm date and time & stated he would initiate the call. It's over an hour later and not a call, email or text. I'd hate to think something catastrophic occured that would prevent him from keeping our appointment or advising there would be a delay. We went to great lengths to make ourselves for this appointment and I'm extremely displeased.
