Great store, but call for store hours before you go. Summer hours differ from the rest of the year, and as of this writing, the store hours posted on Google Maps was incorrect. If they don’t have it, you don’t need it. Professional staff.
I had a great experience. Despite fishing my whole life, I never owned a properly outfitted fishing boat. I have always wanted a Lund with modern electronics. Jeremy, Hunter, Houston and Jake all were super responsive and helped me walk through the options and made amazing recommendations. They even took the time to take me out on the lake and learn the boat and electronics.
Wow , what an amazing experience with Vances, Outdoor Marine in Hebron, OH. I called and asked to speak with the service department about an issue I had with my Lund boat. The service department was busy, but they told me a gentleman named Chad would call me back. And yes, Chad called me back. By the way, I had reached other Lund dealers without getting a response.
