Customer service is the last thing they care about. Dale the manger, doesn’t listen or explain things very well - he is long past his expiration date. Update - went in to pick up my purchase. I was told it would be 2 hours because I had to sign all this “so called paper work.” After 2 hours it only took two signatures, a date and a total of 30 seconds. Great inventory with knowledgeable employees.
Vance’s is my go to for hunting, fishing, and shooting equipment and supplies. I have found them to have an excellent inventory at a very favorable price point. Another important element that sets Vance’s apart is their most knowledgeable and helpful staff. Vance’s is a very pleasurable store in which to shop. I always leave feeling as though my business matters to them. I feel appreciated as their customer and confidently give Vance’s my strongest possible recommendation.
Pretty nice location. Probably my favorite one. The staff was friendly and very helpful. I live next to the location on Cleveland Avenue and I would rather make the trip to this one from now on.
Hell of a lot better than DICKS !! I Will never shop at DICKS again , The parking lot is always packed that tells you slot in a small town.
