This was a stellar experience from start to finish. Mark Ross was knowledgeable and helpful from our first phone call inquiry to delivery of our CFMoto UForce 1000xl. It was also fun that he had the same last name we did which isn’t common in Kentucky The deliver was on time and the driver was friendly and helpful. Great customer service! My wife and I had a wonderful experience when purchasing our new Scag Patriot at Big Country Powersports in Glasgow. From the moment we walked in Mark Ross was very friendly & helpful. He made the whole process smooth and thoroughly explained the differences between each Scag model. He was not pushy or trying to make a sale which made very comfortable throughout our purchasing process. We definitely will be returning for service on our new Scag.
Bought an Adventure bike here recently, my first motorcycle. Was told Gap insurance would need to be added from the Bowling Green location for some reason yet could not add it on the day of sale. I call back the next week (within 30 days they mentioned I could add on services) and was told this van only be added at the time of sale ...so no gap insurance after specifically staying i needed it. Our experience at Big Country Powersports was great. Mark was awesome he was very quick at responding back to us and was willing to stay over past closing time if we needed him to for us to make our purchase. Most salesman are very pushy and just trying make a deal not here. I highly recommend this place if you want to purchase a atv or utv.
