This office has the WORST customer service. Patty and McKenzie have no knowledge pertaining to my policy. When I asked about discounts, McKenzie provided the wrong information. When I asked 3X to change my policy to another Agent, she accused me of being rude. Two weeks later...no action taken to complete my request. BE WARNED!!!
