I contacted Vance to assist with a Refi. I tried other lenders and did not have any success. I am a business owner and my documents make it a challenge for some. Not for Vance. He got me a a 30 year fixed at a GREAT interest rate. Where others so no or sorry, Vance makes it happen and gets the job done. I highly recommend Vance for a great experience and a wealth of knowledge most do not have.
