Spoke with Hank the owner over the phone and he was so professional and knowledgeable about the particular Clark forklift i was inquiring about. He said hes been working on forklifts for over 45 years and I believe it. He went the extra mile in trying to help me identify parts and even sent me pictures of the parts he had so i could match them up. Buy your forklift here! You will never be sorry. We bought ours used a little over 5 years ago and it's still going strong. We went to several places to shop around but no one came close to Hank and his knowledge base of forklifts - he knows them inside and out!
