Super unprofessional, and that's if you can actually get them to answer the phone. They like to ghost you if issues arise with work they have done!
BEWARE!!! This company makes false promises in warranties and then changes the game as soon as their faulty equipment continues to break down. Called this morning requesting copies of contracts and warranties and were told that they can't provide these documents and that "we don't need them." They now refuse to come fix sprinklers and there is water leaking everywhere.
Showed up on time and removed ALL of the old tree….no mess.
