Lied to us, told us that they would hold a property for us and they failed to follow through. It wouldn't have been a big issue but she said they already had people looking at the property and still told me they would hold the home for us to see. No call or anything to let us know. If they can't keep their word over something small like this, I wouldnt trust them with anything else.
