During the 90+ weather our second story was so hot that even the attic fan could not cool it off. The carpet felt like there was a heater underneath! Mr. Vance came to our home, inspected the attic and gave me the cost. Vance Insulation is an honest business. I was referred to them from family who used their services and were very pleased. I called to have a free estimate to assess and fix the insulation in my attic. Harold came to our house and told me that there was no insulation in the attic and recommended reaching out to the builder. He could have done the job and charged me, but instead he made a recommendation that resulted in repairs for free. I cannot thank them enough! They have earned my business for life! Do not trust this company nor the people it employs. They will steal from hour home or the job site and when confronted they pretend the employees are not theirs while you present proof. Reported to the bbb
