No one picks up the phone
These guys are great. Brought my digital control board from my 20 year old downdraft stove that quit working for them to look at. The replacement part is no longer available. They fixed mine in one day. I can not recommend them enough for repairing older electronic devices.
While on a recent outing with our RV we woke up with no heat in the RV. We found that even though we were plugged into to50amp shore power we had no AC. I had just changed all 6 batteries because they kept losing their charge (not the problem). After working with Magnum support it was determined that the unit either needed to be replaced or serviced. JB Vance and team were able to repair my Magnum inverter. With no parts available due to supply chain issues, they repaired the main board and got the inverter working again. Great service, fair price. Highly recommended.
