Vance & Hines truly exceeded my expectations! I had misplaced the mount bracket for my long shot exhaust, they were incredibly helpful and located the correct parts and all the necessary hardware for me for really reasonable price. I genuinely appreciate the experience and will definitely be doing business with them again soon. Thank you!
Couldn't leave a 1 star on their website (see pic).That's the screen it took me to after I clicked "submit" on my review. So I'm leaving it here. Header pipes are great, air intake is great, slip ons are great, fuel pack tuner is absolutely a waste of money. Only connects to my phone about 20% of the time. Customer service said I needed to turn on all app permissions. I did that and the problem persisted. Called them back and they had me send it back. They updated the firmware and returned it. Piss poor customer service again, they never respond. It takes weeks if you get anyone emailed , messenger, called nothing !! You should concentrate on the people who already bought your product
