I bought a brand new exhaust system for my motorcycle and it arrived damaged, at the most visible location of the exhaust system, looks like the paint wasn’t drying enough and it sticks to something. My brother and another friend also told me that same thing happened to them, where their brand new exhaust system arrived damaged, that’s practically 3 out of 3. What kind of quality control is this? I bought an FP4 tunerFor my 2014 street glide special I went to their factory and talk to a technician because I’m 77 years old and I cannot program anything. He was so helpful he took and programmed. My tuner had a lot of difficulties because of stuff I have on my bike, but he made it work. They are absolutely a great company and this guy is fantastic at what he does. Thanks so much for helping me I Will be a customer for any custom parts I need
Worst customer service ever. Order pipe and intake 2 day delivery. On day 5. Can't get anyone on phone, e mail. Wait for 30-40 minutes to get a voice mail. Over and over again..still waiting for my almost 3k in parts.. with no clue when will receive. Beside myself at this point.. may be scammers...Avoid doing any business with these guys!
