Worst customer service ever. Order pipe and intake 2 day delivery. On day 5. Can't get anyone on phone, e mail. Wait for 30-40 minutes to get a voice mail. Over and over again..still waiting for my almost 3k in parts.. with no clue when will receive. Beside myself at this point.. may be scammers...Avoid doing any business with these guys!
Spent 35 minutes on hold just to have a computer say "thank you" and hang up on me. Whatever they're paying people it's obviously not enough. So frustrated. I work for a motorcycle dealership and am trying to help out my customer. #Pissed
Vance & Hines truly exceeded my expectations! I had misplaced the mount bracket for my long shot exhaust, they were incredibly helpful and located the correct parts and all the necessary hardware for me for really reasonable price. I genuinely appreciate the experience and will definitely be doing business with them again soon. Thank you!
Couldn't leave a 1 star on their website (see pic).That's the screen it took me to after I clicked "submit" on my review. So I'm leaving it here. Header pipes are great, air intake is great, slip ons are great, fuel pack tuner is absolutely a waste of money. Only connects to my phone about 20% of the time. Customer service said I needed to turn on all app permissions. I did that and the problem persisted. Called them back and they had me send it back. They updated the firmware and returned it.
