I ordered a set of plans from Vance Hester for a garage to be built in the Great State of Texas. They were slightly modified at a cost of $250.00. I submitted them to our city and they were returned due to not being up to current code. I reached out to Vance and he said he was working on them and he would email them to me. I never got the updated plans. I telephoned him again, he said he would email them to me when he turned on his machine. Again, I never got the plans.
