I have been a patient of VFM for years, and I am constantly impressed by the professionalism of the staff and the physicians --especially Dr. Vu. They are the best!! They care about their patients!
I have been a patient of Dr. Vu and Vance Family Medicine for the last 20 years. Dr. Vu is very attentive to all my medical needs and concerns. I am very comfortable talking with him or Dr. Russell or Jennifer Francis about any of my medical issues. I highly recommend Vance Family Medicine and their staff.
Love the office and staff. The practice has been part of my family from day one. Dr Vu is down to Earth and is compassionate about what he does.
I took my son there last week for the first time without an appointment and we were seen fairly quickly.
I bring my mother here for a hospital follow up and I am grateful that the doctors here also go to the hospital to see their patients. My mother has been hospitalized 3 times in the last year.
Jennifer is a wonderfull doctor but I have been overlooked by the receptionists too many times to have empathy in this rating. My most recent experience, I scheduled and waiting a week for the day of my appointment to only find out that the receptionist lied to me and didn't make an appointment what so ever.
