I wish I could say I had a great experience but it was everything but that. I called to schedule an estimate and repairs. We set dates for both. When the estimate was done, I received a call that my car was ready for pick up. I questioned why I had to pick it up as i was having the repairs done there and I had to have it towed there. The lady told me she never put me on the books for the repairs. I ended up waiting another week to get my car in the shop, on top of the already long wait due to them being busy.
