I want to give a HUGE shout out to the amazing team at ONE Collision - especially BROOKLYN, the estimator I had the pleasure of working with! Brooklyn made life a breeze when I needed getting my car fixed. I hit a deer on the way to work one morning and was able to get my car into the shop and begin the process that very day! She communicated with me every step of the way and kept me in the loop on everything from cost to ordering parts. I was very impressed! She worked directly with my insurance company which also made life easy. I was very fortunate to be her customer and I highly recommend! If 6 stars were an option, thats what she would get!
Brooklyn did a ONEderful job in keeping me informed/updated and working with my insurance company. In getting the paper work I needed for deductible reimbursement. Wife was pleased to see her car detailed on pick up.
