Brooklyn was incredibly helpful throughout my experience having my vehicle repaired at ONE Collision. During the week my car was in the shop, she went above and beyond with her communication, attention to detail, and dedication to making sure everything was taken care of. I’m so grateful for how everything turned out, and I can’t thank Brooklyn enough for making the process such a positive experience!
Brook was knowledgeable, friendly and did an amazing job with communication!
We recently used Ken Vance Collision Center to repair our new car after a deer accident. We simply cannot say enough good things about their service. We were especially impressed with Brooklyn and Grant. Brooklyn is a master communicator and an accomplished project manager. We are very impressed with her work. And Grant’s technical skills restored our car to showroom status. While we hope we never have a car wreck like this one, if we do, we’ll use Ken Vance Collision Center.
