I haven't received any response to my photo estimate submission, and decided to go with one of the other body shops that got back to me right away.
Extremely disappointing experience — not worth the time or money. I was initially quoted around $1,000 for a minor fender bender with no engine damage, which is already high. When I showed up for the repair, I was blindsided with a $2,700 bill — nearly 3x the original estimate, with zero communication or approval from me beforehand. Hit a deer. Brought car there, girl looked at it and said she would call me in 1-2 days. Called me back 2.2 weeks later. Why bother, already being repaired elsewhere. Waste of time going there.
