They come right out and answer any questions you might have.
Mike and his brother really helped me out. They were flexible on the pricing and went out of their way to accommodate me. I got a great car that was exactly what I wanted at a price below normal market value. Highly recommend Vance's.
Don't ever buy a car from these guys. My son bought a car with warranty. It overheated on the way home and had to be towed. Ended up being a major engine problem and the warranty they sold him is pretty much worthless. Warranty company has been dragging their feet for 3 weeks so they can't even start working on it. So this car has been in the shop for 3 wks and will be in the shop for another 2 or 3 wks and cost him at least $1000 out of pocket. Vance did pay tow bill but refused a refund. Shame on you.
Ok not much to choose from. And the car i drove the check engine light came on when i test drove it.
