This man NEVER answers the phone nor will he return calls! My mother bought a stackable washer and dryer from Mr. Vance on 4/13. He stated everything worked fine after replacing the heating element. After we installed it, the dryer was not heating. Vance tells her she must bring it back for him to repair it? He will no longer answer the phone after she has called multiple times.
Call the company on Wednesday. Was told he would be there the next morning. He never showed up nor called. Bad part is I live on the next street over. I can see his shop from any window on the front of my home. So I'll have to contact another company from the next town over.
