My father called Dr. Rapchik's office yesterday morning around 9am as he was having side effects from a new medication. The lady in the office said something like, "I will give him a call." 7 hours later, no one from the doctor's office had called my father. Totally unacceptable. So, my father called again. The lady in the office stated that Dr. Rapchik is out of the office all week. This is the second time in less than a month the doctor has been out all week.
I called in and Dr. Rapchik agreed to see me the same afternoon (he had a cancellation). He, as well as his staff were very compassionate, caring and professional. Excellent practice!!
