Unresponsive maintenance, cracks in the sidewalks to my mother's place continues to not be repaired and is a tripping hazard. Rude property manager. Meanwhile lot rent increases and it doesn't even cover basic lawn mowing or snow removal for an allegedly 55 and over community. For a community that only allows seniors over 55 to live there they make it awfully hard for anyone who doesn't make a lot of money they basically wanted my mom who's just about to go on disability to show proof that she makes at least 1,500 a month to live there and when I tried to buy a place FOR her they wouldn't let me they said it HAD to be in her name ok fine that really sucks bc of her benefits they may very well take it when she passes and my disabled daughter lives with her to help her and she wouldn't have it if th... read more
