Walked through the door to find a rude sales team. Zero eye contact or recognition. Felt like me wanting to look at any van was too muxh hard work. No customer service skills or basic understanding of working in sales. Would never recommend.
Initially, I left a very positive review after buying a car from Vanbase Bristol — the staff seemed friendly and professional, and everything looked smooth. But a few months later, my experience turned into a financial nightmare. We were told GAP insurance was included, and we also paid nearly £3,000 for an extra insurance package that was supposed to cover any shortfall if something happened to the car. What a horrible company it is,bought a van four months ago and as soon as I left the site three lights came up.on dashboard called them and said I want to send the van back as it was within the 14 days anyway got a different one from them and two days later the same lights on dashboard as the previous one, brought it back four times and each time.they said it has been fixed and every single time 2-3 days later the lights on dashboard came up again brought the van back again and they assured me that they will send it to the P... read more
