booked to view a van £17,500 told them no part ex and no finance after reading bad reviews i asked if there was any more fees to pay was told no went this morning to view and was then told £299 owners fee to pay walked out in disgust won’t bother again buyers beware you will have to pay extras if you don’t take out finance
Whilst the vans are great and at great value, it's the excellent customer that really impressed. We will definitely be coming back for our next van purchase.
I recently bought a van from vanbase Bristol and from the second I walked through the door I was put at ease greater with smiles and the process was so easy and efficient not only that I am absolutely delighted with my new van.
