Whilst the vans are great and at great value, it's the excellent customer that really impressed. We will definitely be coming back for our next van purchase.
I recently bought a van from vanbase Bristol and from the second I walked through the door I was put at ease greater with smiles and the process was so easy and efficient not only that I am absolutely delighted with my new van. The person who took care of us Ela was really nice and profesional . She explain everything in details and let us test drive both vans what we were choosing from . We get financed checked and approved but decided to paid by bank transfer as we felt that is best option for us and than troubles starts . Went to vanbase to choose a van,got to choose online not able to walk around stock!! Chose a vehicle which i had seen previously advertised only to be advised it had gone up £500 since yesterday and not interested in a deal at that price. Not reccomended waste of my time
