The Staff was very helpful and the Doctor that seen Me seemed to really Care!
Just had an appointment today. I was rushed the whole time by the nurse and doctor. As soon as Andrew Klausing walked in smiling he says "Sorry to waste your time but this isn't sinus related." Then continued to say "based off my notes from last time I saw you (2years ago) you have very large red turbinates, but this isn't sinus related. What's your main concerns?" Amazing experience. Everyone was caring and polite.
My daughter and I were greeted quickly by staff. The nurse that did my daughter’s assessment was so nice and professional and handled my rowdy 3 years old great. We then met with Andrew Klausing. His assessment and explanation were top notch and I felt like we left that appointment with answers.
Dr Vanna is awesome excellent at his job. He's worked on me for years. From thyroid cancer, to sinus surgery to taking my tonsils and adniods and that thing that Hangs down the back of your throat to a implant in my nose to open it up better. And next month I am getting the Inspire implant for sleep apnea. I trust him with my life. Highly recommended Dr Vanna.
