Run-of-the-mill consultancy, pretending to be something it is not. I was approached to apply for a position, with Van Allen as the headhunter. Not one person from Van Allen ever identified to me who they worked for, what their capacity was, nor what the point of our interaction was. It's basically a stuffed-animal organization masquerading as a world class consultancy.
