So I was starting to become agitated and a bit annoyed because the build ended up taking four weeks or five weeks longer than what I expected……….. But when I went in there to pick it up and slid that side door open revealing what was inside, all sins were absolved immediately. We purchased the Clesana toilet with a view to install ourself into our Austrack hybrid van, but when it was apparent that swapping out Dometic for the Clesana was not a straight forward kit changeover, Seb and Freddie from Vanable came to the rescue and installed perfectly with a professional finish. Went above and beyond with all the details of the install. Highly recommend. Happy Campers.
Vanable cancelled my appointment with less than 1hr notice, where they didnt even call to inform us. We called them to confirm just in case. Reason provided to us was they don't do fitouts on vans that have already been converted to a campervan. So if you're looking to renovate or improve your existing set up, dont bother with Vanable as they wont even consider it and wont bother to inform you until you're already onsite for a consultation. I had Clesana toilet installed in my caravan by Vanable February this year and the result was so good I do not need to search for Dump Points anymore. I recently had battery issue and when the battery was replaced, they forgotten to re-install the toilet cables.when the toilet was not working, I spoke to Freddy on Friday, 28/11/25 and Seb came out on 30/11/25, Sunday and had the cables reconnected and also proper secured the batteries that the other mob left a mess of.This is by far the best product and the most efficient se... read more
We purchased a Clesana toilet, including power management system and buffer battery. Vanable also made us a custom built backing panel to suit our caravan. Freddy and Seb are extremely knowledgeable and Seb did an outstanding mobile installation. They went above and beyond to assist us with our retro fit. I can highly recommend Vanable and the Clesana toilet.
