Would recommend not getting van done by these guys i have had to fix all screw holes on roof of van due to rusting because the holes were not treated they should of just glued flexible panels to roof so anyone that has had these bolted to roof keep a good eye on rust developing.Also when picked up van no toilet in van they said a couple of weeks we will drive to u to put it in 6 months until I got it but of course I had to drive to them and they still charged extra 3 grand arfter I've been quoted a price already.Before van w... read more
This place is useless. Update: Seb gave a buzz and gave me an apology and an honest account of where things went wrong. He didn’t ask me to change this review but I guess all you can ask is that people own their mistakes.
Rubbish. All talk, that's how Seb gets the contracts. Watch out for the people selling you sewage. No follow through with communication and when the 'going gets tough' take a hint with the subtle rudeness from non other than Seb. Says one thing, when 'talking the talk' then does nothing or reverts to what suits him, resulting to laying blame on the customer (zero accountability). So I was starting to become agitated and a bit annoyed because the build ended up taking four weeks or five weeks longer than what I expected……….. But when I went in there to pick it up and slid that side door open revealing what was inside, all sins were absolved immediately. It was actually far better than what I expected and I’m thoroughly thrilled with it. What a great looking van it is……. Outside and in. We purchased the Clesana toilet with a view to install ourself into our Austrack hybrid van, but when it was apparent that swapping out Dometic for the Clesana was not a straight forward kit changeover, Seb and Freddie from Vanable came to the rescue and installed perfectly with a professional finish. Went above and beyond with all the details of the install. Highly recommend. Happy Campers.
