Store was clean and bright. I walked right in and asked for a watch battery replacement ($17). The staff performed the work and I was in and out in 10 mins, tops. Thanks!

I had a woman’s cardio tank repaired, and a new leather strap popped onto one of my watches the service from both the owner on drop off and the assistant on pick up was professional, kind ,clear Conversation a detailedr eceipt and a good price considered what I was quoted on the west side. I appreciated the good service and they timeline was six weeks for a full service and I picked it up after four weeks. This was great service and I recommend to other watch lovers

I cannot recommend this place highly enough. I needed a strap replacement for my Patek. I went to multiple places including a Patek store and couldn’t get one that would fit without a waiting for 6 months or paying $1k. These guys were so polite and helpful and had multiple options. I got a replacement fitted in 5 minutes and it was an amazing price! 10/10! Thank You

Great place! I have resized my metal band watch and Jean was a big helper with that. He patiently switched different sizes until I liked the size. Definitely recommend this place.
