Quedo inconforme con la información que brindan al momento de ofrecer un servicio, ya que te ofrecen un valor y luego te suben el precio sin informar y adicional pasados dos meses te cobran otra tarifa. Soy de habla hispana y para ofrecerme el servicio muy serviciales pero para darme respuesta a mis inquietudes no responden. Me realizó el procedimiento para eliminar una cicatriz y no he visto mejoría alguna.
Vana review Reposting this original review. After the owner called to asked me to take it down and swore she would make it right. She strung me along for another six months and did absolutely nothing. She asked me to reach out to the manager Meredith, of the Aventura location and that they would give me free sessions until satisfied because the treatments did not work whatsoever. I came in last week for a hydrafacial and a b12 shot. The staff was very welcoming and informative. They walked me through everything and were very friendly. I would definitely recommend. Super clean and great atmosphere.
