We'd never taken on a remodel of this scale, so having Brian guide us made all the difference. He connected us with an architect who was a perfect fit, walked us through every step, and was always looking out for our best interests. I had a very positive experience with Van Zandt construction. Brian met with a structural engineer and me on-site and helped land on a practical, effective scope. His team then did structural and ventilation improvements in the attic and basement of the house.
