I had purchased a fiat Ducato van from this place , after one week all these warning lights started to come up and every time I mentioned it to them or wanted to bring it in they made it seem like there mechanic was never in after 2 years I’ve been left dealing with all the head ache and it’s cost me an arm and a leg.
What a couple of Champions. I’ve had soo much trouble with my new Fiat Ducato. Limp mode again this time in Tassie. Paid to have it looked at but they could not help. Found Van World on the web. Booked in turned up and was expecting to fly home Queensland while waiting to have it repaired. However in a shorter time they fixed the DPF!! All that anxiety for nothing. You guys are truely amazing. Thanks again ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️🎉🎉🎉🎉❤️
This family run business is brilliant. Vicki, Peter and Tom are amazing and being a solo women it’s hard to find a mechanical business who isn’t going to take advantage of my lack of knowledge of anything mechanical. They service my Fiat motor home each year and any concerns they’re more than happy to advise. It’s so refreshing so thank you all 🙏🏼
Camper had an engine light on so roadside assist towed it to van world. Only two years old and 10,000km on it, serviced four weeks before. The ad blue injector was leaking (warranty) caused the wanting light fault. Van World tried to tell me engine had wrong oil and exhaust hadn’t been burned off. Terrible service, terrible communication. Never coming here again
