I am always on time and end up waiting over an hour for my schedule appointment. I always feel like I'm getting blown off
I’m only writing this review because I know Castroville is a booming town that has many families moving in. I would not recommend Van Winkle as anyone’s primary. He’s made some extremely unprofessional comments not to mention he often undermines my family’s intelligence. He will often accept calls from my grandfathers neighbors as truth to his health and tries to allow that information as valid for patient assessment. Great physician, finally, found a Doctor who really knows what he is doing.
I have been a patient at this location for 20 years now and today I cancelled my patient file. I have been calling since 8:36 AM to ask if I needed to come back in to refill my antibiotics or if I could just have them refilled. I left a voicemail when I first called. I was not called back. I called again at 11:12 AM and was told they would relay my message. I was still not called back. I just called again at 3 PM to be told that I cannot have my prescription refilled that I have to go in. I asked 7 hours ago so that I could ... read more
