Sold us a defective tvent window and wants us to buy a new vent and replace it ourselves. They only offer 30day warranty in which most windows dont even make it onto the vans in that time frame and the vans rarely are on the road within that window. Definitely an intentional warranty window to avoid replacing defective windows. Would recommend working with a company that actually supports those who work with them.
I work for the railroad and I'm always on the road, I was almost home when my side window was shattered, I got home on Wednesday morning and knew I needed to be back to work on the following Tuesday, I pretty much live in my mercedes sprinter when I'm at work.
