One of the window latches on my van unexpectedly failed when the spring came loose. I contacted Van Windows Direct, and they responded promptly and made the replacement process incredibly easy. They quickly sent me a replacement latch, and it arrived in just a few days. The latch fit perfectly, and I’ve included a few photos showing the original failed latch, the spring that came loose, the replacement latch, and the installed latch in case they’re helpful to other owners. Excellent customer service!
Great company! Awesome windows and awesome customer service. They were very quick and generous with helping us with a few issues that we ran into while installing and using our windows. They sent us replacement parts free of charge and in a timely manner.
I picked up the windows I needed for my Sprinter 170 cargo van conversion from them on site. Partly to save some money on shipping, and also to check out the operation. They were very helpful and even took the time to explain how to best install the windows. Once the initial hesitation of cutting into my van was over, everything went smoothly. Great windows and stand behind them. Had a small issue with one of the windows. Even though the window was a year past the warranty they were quick to respond and send replacement parts. Would definitely use them again. Thank you
Sold us a defective tvent window and wants us to buy a new vent and replace it ourselves. They only offer 30day warranty in which most windows dont even make it onto the vans in that time frame and the vans rarely are on the road within that window. Definitely an intentional warranty window to avoid replacing defective windows. Would recommend working with a company that actually supports those who work with them.
