Fantastic staff
Dr.Gao, from Pain Management, is a great doctor who listens and understands. He explains his procedure plan. I was recently rejected by my insurance for an epidural injection, but he appealed it for me. I did get approval for an MRI and then the epidural was approved. I just had this at Ohio Health in Van Wert, where this procedure went smoothly. I believe that this procedure will help my back pain as it has already started working. Absolutely caring staff. Listen to the cares and concerns of the patient. Have had trouble with other pain management doctors not listening. Glad I found them and got a referral.
