I have been to this urgent care a couple of times before and had very courteous service but today was very different. The nurse practitioner they had working today”Mary” was very rude to us. I wanted to go to this urgent care on a Saturday because my parents are both elderly and I have grandchildren and my spouse was diagnosed with pneumonia last week so I wanted to make sure I didn’t have it also because I wasn’t feeling well. Rude and inexperienced staff. Worse plan in town.
Deb Howell should not be practicing here. Looks like she just crawled out of bed. Continues to switch meds making things worse due to lack of knowledge. I would not recommend this place if she is who you have to see.
