Very disappointed with our visit to the Van Wert ER. We arrived to an almost empty parking lot and waiting area, yet were told the staff was “busy.” My son has been here for over two hours and still hasn’t been seen by a doctor. When he mentioned pain, a nurse responded, “It might hurt you, but I don’t feel anything,” which was completely uncalled for and insensitive.

My girlfriend went to the E.R for an injury that happened late at night. We get there waiting room is empty parking lot is empty but the nurses and doctors are saying they've over packed with patients. My girlfriends gets seen and checked out, and asked about her pain level on a scale of 1-10. She told her 9 at 9:50. At 12:00 she got her pain medication. And now we have to wait for more results. NEVER COME HERE.

Kinda pissed. My husband took my son in at about midnight last night because he had a nearly 105 temperature here. It had dropped a little before they were checked in, but I sent them to the hospital because he had been throwing up for 12 hours or so, not able to eat or drink, I didn't think he was keeping meds down etc. It took 3 hours to get swabs back and the chest x ray so they didn't get home til 330 am, and he really didn't receive a lot of help... I went there to have my foot looked at , I should of went after the injury happened but didn't think it was that serious. Little did I know how much pain I would indure . After about 6 hours , after two antibiotics liquid form I was released from the hospital
