Had a door come off the hinge on the bottom on one of our companies. Van Wert Glas said they would be there this past Friday. No show. Tried calling, no answer. Still waiting with a no call no show on a company that said they would be there.
My wife had a patio table that was missing glass for about 15 years. We hadn't tried much to get any because the quotes (elsewhere) were horrible. This year for Christmas I went ahead and just decided to buy the custom sized glass. Van Wert Glass was amazing. Their entire staff was great in procuring the piece and the price was very good. They even delivered it to their Celina location so that it would be easier for me to pick up. I would recommend Van Wert Glass to anyone, they do an absolutely wonderful job! 😊
Sadly can't attest to work quality as couldn't get estimate. 6 weeks, nothing. Stop in see where at and lady was to call. Still nothing. Left messages on website (along with company that owns) and still no response. I can be patient but when can't even get update, I will move on to company that still knows what customer service means.
I highly recommend this company. We’re very pleased with how our window turned out. The service was excellent. The guys that worked at our house cleaned up daily, communicated with us and were very prompt. Very impressed with the final project. Thank you!!!
