I own and operate a small engine repair business here in Marshalltown. On multiple occasions I have needed help looking up and ordering John Deere parts. The parts team at Van Wall has always been very friendly and extremely helpful. I really appreciate having this crew here in town.

I sent my riding mower in two weeks ago, 7/8/2024, to get two blades and a timing belt replaced. When they delivered it back, it was making a terrible noise that it didn't have before. The delivery driver even admitted that it was making the noise when he loaded it up for delivery. I've tried reaching out to the service manager multiple times, but he won't return my calls. Update 7/26/24. Spoke with the service manager today. We were able to resolve the issue.
Salesman doesn’t no anything about the equipment he is selling. No stars. Very disappointing.
