I got connected with Scott in the parts department and his level of service will ensure I come back for as long as I’m farming. I have a small farm so probably spend a small fraction of what the big guys do and I get treated like I spend hundreds of thousands. Scott has even driven out to my farm to help me make sure I’m getting the right parts. It’s an anomaly to find someone that cares about customers and goes above and beyond to retain them.
Needed a hydraulic hose replaces on my semi, the hose runs my hydraulic pack the unloads my trailer. I couldn't take tolhe hose off, because i didn't have to tools. All I wanted was a technician to come out with 2 wrenches and unscrew the hose so they could take it in and make a new 9 ft hose and transfer the one end on. I get told they dont know how to do that because they dont have a plan to look at. Its not hard, a 9ft 3/4 3300 psi hydraulic hose.
